Recently, members of the Phoenix Team took part in a dedicated training session at Trentham Park Golf Club, delivered by The Retrofit Academy.
The day centred around the “fabric-first” approach and ensuring all projects align with PAS 2035 standards, while also giving the team time to explore whole-house retrofit thinking in greater depth. Just as importantly, it created space for collaboration and allowed the team to share ideas and discuss how they can better support residents and the environment.
