Every installation. Every customer – domestic or commercial. Every person in our ever-growing team. We take care of everything they need.

That’s because, ever since we opened for business in 1994, we have based everything we do around offering a truly all-round quality service at the right price. Professional people following every regulation to the letter.

And now, we are the leaders in ‘Whole House’ energy efficiency concept – using all our experience and expertise to cover everything from domestic gas installation, service and repairs to multimillion £ commercial contracts. Although we made our name in gas, we have a full team of domestic and commercial electricians. And our Commercial Building section offers a complete solution including fire safety, ventilation, heating and lighting – the whole package.

Across every project, we are proud to follow ‘the Phoenix way of working’ an open and honest determination to get the job right first time. No excuses. No corners cut.

But, we also acknowledge that the energy industry is rapidly evolving. So we are too. Ambitious. Optimistic. Seeing change as an opportunity to grow stronger and more successful.

And it is this deep and pragmatic understanding of our industry, our market sectors and our place in them which drives our commitment to constantly lead the way in finding new, innovative and imaginative ways to improve energy efficiency, develop renewable alternatives to traditional carbon-based energy sources and tackle fuel poverty.

All this is backed by an exceptional level of service and support which strengthens and cements our long-term business relationships – many now into their second decade and still going strong.

Of course, we take care of our people too. We began as a family business and that close-bound ethos remains. So whether they are based at our Stoke, Oldbury and Darlington offices, working in people’s homes or out on-site, we are happy to invest in our team’s training, nurture their development and share the rewards of a successful, growing company.
