The Phoenix Group is delighted to have completed the first phase of our project supporting Coalville CAN, an inspiring community organisation dedicated to creating opportunities, tackling inequality, and providing a welcoming space for people of all ages and backgrounds.
Our Business Development Manager, Ben Gittens, and the Phoenix team have worked to transform a SEN classroom and community spaces within the building. The first phase of the project has included reflooring and redecorating, creating brighter, more accessible and welcoming environments that will enhance the experience of everyone who uses these important facilities.
As specialists in building compliance, energy efficiency and property services, we’re also exploring further ways to support Coalville CAN, including improvements to the building’s heating and cooling systems and opportunities to maximise overall energy efficiency. By combining our technical expertise with practical improvements, we hope to help create a more comfortable and sustainable space that will continue to benefit the local community for years to come.
We’d like to thank everyone involved for their enthusiasm, hard work and commitment throughout this first phase. It has been fantastic to see the transformation take place, and we’re proud to have played a part in supporting such a valuable community organisation.
