Emergency Out of Hours use only
Emergencies are classified as:
No hot water,
Uncontainable leaks,
Gas leaks,
No heating (1st October – 31st March only)
For private customers our warranty and Call Out assistance only covers Boilers installed within the last year. You must have a valid CP12/Installation Certificate and you must be able to show a copy to the engineer when he/she arrives. We will also attend all Boilers repaired/serviced within the last week.
In order to book an Engineer Visit we will require the following information: Full name, address and postcode of the property or site to be visited – Which Housing Association/Council your property is owned by if applicable – A site contact and telephone number – Emergency or fault
