We’re delighted to share more positive news from our New Build Division, which has already secured another new contract this year. This time, we have been appointed by Persimmon Homes to deliver the plumbing and heating package for the Coseley Phase 3 Housing Development.
The project will consist of 128 new homes, delivered over a two-year programme, with works due to commence in March. Our scope of works will include the full plumbing and heating installation, utilising gas boiler systems throughout the development.
This latest award further strengthens our relationship with Persimmon Homes and reflects the continued confidence placed in our New Build team’s expertise, quality, and reliability.
