We’re proud to announce a significant transformation within our Installs Team. Ryan Wood, Head of Installation Services has designed a restructure to help us work smarter, deliver better, and set the business up for long-term, sustainable growth.
This change isn’t just about doing things differently – it’s about doing them better. By sharpening our focus, raising delivery standards, and investing in the right people, we’re building a team that’s fully equipped to deliver more value to our customers and stakeholders, both now and in the future.
Leadership That Drives Performance
Leading this evolution is Michelle Barrow, who stepped into the role of Installations Manager back in May. With a strong track record and a people-first approach, Michelle is already driving positive change and setting the tone for high-quality delivery.
We’re also excited to introduce a brand-new layer of leadership with the appointment of three Contract Managers:
Trevor Coleman – promoted from within the business
Mark Hadley – transitioning from subcontractor to staff
Michael Turner – joining us with a wealth of fresh experience
These roles are central to maintaining high standards on every project, improving efficiency, and creating a more robust structure for future growth.
Putting Quality First
Quality is at the heart of everything we do and to help us go even further, we’ve created two new Quality Supervisor roles.

Their mission? To raise standards, drive consistency, and ensure that our teams always deliver with excellence.
Investing in Future Talent
Looking ahead, we’ve created five Junior Surveyor positions to support our growth and build a strong pipeline of talent. We’re delighted to have already welcomed Cara Johnson and Remi Green into these roles following internal promotions, with three more new faces joining us soon.
We’re also planning to expand our ASHP and Solar teams, in line with our ambition to support smarter, greener energy solutions for the future. Watch this space for more updates.
