Back in March, we were proud to celebrate International Women’s Day across The Phoenix Group, recognising the incredible women who contribute to the success of our business every day.
Working within a traditionally male-dominated industry, we are incredibly proud of the talented women across our organisation — from our dedicated head office team to our colleagues in Oldbury and our hardworking field engineers.
To mark the occasion, our team gathered on Friday afternoon for a relaxed celebration at head office. Colleagues enjoyed a well-earned drink from our mobile coffee van and a selection of cakes and treats in the boardroom, creating a great opportunity to take a break together.
For our Oldbury team, field engineers, and remote colleagues who couldn’t join us in person, coffee vouchers were sent out so everyone could still enjoy a small treat wherever they were working.
A huge thank you goes to our Wellness Champions for organising the event and helping make the celebration such an enjoyable and inclusive moment for the team.
Most importantly, thank you to all the women across the business for your hard work, dedication, and the positive impact you bring to the organisation every day.
