Last month, we were proud to celebrate an incredible milestone for our longest-serving colleague, Ryan Wood, who marks 22 years with Phoenix.
Ryan joined the business as an apprentice on 28 June 2004, where he developed the skills and experience that laid the foundation for a successful career. After qualifying, he worked as an installer specialising in domestic gas and renewables before progressing into a supervisory role. Today, Ryan is our Head of Installations, leading the team with the knowledge and expertise he’s built over more than two decades.
Ryan’s career journey is a fantastic example of what can be achieved through hard work, dedication and a willingness to learn. He now uses his experience to inspire the next generation of engineers, encouraging them to stay focused, work hard and build rewarding careers in our industry.
