As part of Apprenticeship Week (9th–15th February 2026), Phoenix was proud to celebrate our brilliant apprentices—past and present—at a special event on Wednesday 11th February, organised by our fantastic Wellbeing Champions.
The session was a great opportunity to share stories, reflect on individual journeys, and recognise the role apprenticeships play in shaping careers across the business (plus enjoy a few slices of pizza!). It also gave everyone a chance to look ahead and support the next generation as they continue to learn, grow, and develop at Phoenix.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the talent, commitment, and potential of our apprentices.
