The Phoenix Group supports a wide range of corporate social value projects that make a positive difference in local communities. In this spotlight feature, we highlight the work of Coalville CAN, a vibrant multi-purpose community space serving the heart of Coalville.
Coalville CAN is a community-led hub that provides a welcoming space for local people, businesses, creatives, workshops, training, and support services, helping to bring people together and create opportunities within the local area.
Our team is currently carrying out EICR testing across the building to assess the existing electrical load and infrastructure. Once this stage is complete, plans will be developed to improve the building’s heating and cooling systems while maximising overall energy efficiency.
There is also potential for the future installation of electric vehicle charge points, helping to further future-proof the space and support more sustainable community facilities for years to come.
